  • "Lauren is such a fabulous instructor! This class is relaxed and welcomes all baby sounds and needs. Lauren simply just meets you where you are at that day with your baby. Picking up the stretches and breaths when you can in between cuddles and feeds. It has been such a lovely start to our week and opportunity to connect on an even deeper level with my baby. The setting indoors is spotless, cozy and thoughtfully designed. Practicing in the outdoor space breathes life into my post-partum journey.. the sounds, the fresh air, the sunshine, the greenery.. all while my baby is smiley and looking up at the sun peeking through the trees. A great way to get grounded and connect back with myself. Thank you so much to both Liz and Lauren for this beautiful offering!"

  • "Lauren and baby Norah host such a wonderfully relaxing and vitalizing yoga class. It has been a great way for me to connect with my body and my baby, while interacting with other families. I love the variation of intensity during classes. The mix of gentle movements with stronger exercises has been wonderful. Also love and greatly benefit from the core and pelvic floor-focused movements. "
