Individual Classes

If you can’t make a class, please let us know as soon as possible. There may be someone who wants your spot! We will be happy to reschedule you for the same class at another date, credit your account for a different class another time, or give you a refund*.

*Cancellations must be made 24 HRS prior to the class to receive a full refund (minus 10% for processing fees).

Series/Season Classes

If you need to un-enroll BEFORE the season begins, you can request:

• a credit for the value of your class which you can apply toward any future Mother Luna class. Just email us at info@motherlunact.com and let us know you’d like to withdraw and receive a credit.

• a refund, minus 10% for processing fees. We require 5 days prior notice to your class series start date in order to issue a refund for your class series. Email us at info@motherlunact.com and let us know that you’d like a refund.

If you need to un-enroll AFTER your season of classes begins, we can issue you a credit for the value of the remaining sessions of the season, which you can apply toward any future Mother Luna class. Please reach out to info@motherlunact.com for assistance. Please note that we are unable to provide a refund once your season classes has begun.

We care about the well-being of the families we provide resources and serve. For the safety and protection of the children and parents, we ask that you not attend any class until you and your child no longer exhibit symptoms from an illness including runny nose, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fever, loss of smell or taste, vomiting, diarrhea, or chills for 48 hours. Please contact your doctor for additional guidance if necessary.

All toys are washed and disinfected after every class. We use environmentally safe cleaning products.

Always! Adults tag along for free.

Making sure you are geared-up for the weather with the right clothing and attitude makes a world of difference when getting outdoors in more challenging climates.  We will follow the guidelines from Child Care Weather Watch. Classes will not be held in dangerous weather, but there will be lots of play opportunities in the rain and snow. :)

In case of inclement weather, a make-up class will be added at the end of the season. Families will receive a refund if we are unable to make-up a class (refund will be sent at the end of the season)

Of course! Siblings under 12 months of age may join at no cost. Siblings over one year of age should enroll in the class, just choose the “Sibling” option for a 25% sibling discount.

Yes! We are always looking for perinatal support professionals—such as therapists, fitness instructors, and other experts—to offer workshops or new class offerings at Mother Luna. We also welcome guest speakers to join our Baby Sensory Circle to share their expertise. If you or someone you know would like to collaborate, please contact us!

We occasionally make our space available to professionals who would like to offer workshops or events that align with Mother Luna’s mission—such as parent education, support, wellness, and community connection. If you are a perinatal support professional or local business interested in collaborating with us, please reach out to discuss opportunities.
