Each of us brings something different to Mother Luna, but we share the same goal: creating a welcoming community for families through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early years.

Liz Kelly (she/her) is the founder of Mother Luna, a certified motherhood coach, and an experienced early childhood educator with a Master’s in Education. She lives in Guilford with her husband and two sons and brings a deep passion for supporting families through the early years. After her own transformative journey through motherhood, Liz was inspired to create a space where mothers could feel held, heard, and supported. At Mother Luna, she combines her love for nature, community, and child development to nurture both parents and children through classes, playgroups, and support groups. -

Lauren Dailey
Childbirth Educator, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Postpartum Circle Facilitator
Lauren (she/her) is a Childbirth Educator, Yoga Instructor, Ayurvedic Educator, and Herbalist who has trained and taught in New York City, India, Hawaii, and across New England. She previously served on staff at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, where she deepened her work in yoga, Ayurveda, and mind-body wellness.
After welcoming her first daughter through home birth in 2022, Lauren experienced firsthand the power of thoughtful preparation and informed choice. That experience deepened her commitment to helping birthing people approach pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood with knowledge, confidence, compassion, and practical tools. She meets each person with curiosity and respect, honoring their individual experiences, circumstances, and choices as they prepare for birth and parenthood.
Through childbirth education classes, prenatal yoga, postpartum circles, workshops, and private coaching, Lauren offers a supportive space to feel informed, prepared, and connected as they navigate one of life’s most transformative transitions.

Gabs DeLorenze
Infant Massage and Embodied Mother Workshop Facilitator
Gabs DeLorenze is a holistic health educator, somatic bodyworker, and mama who specializes in helping women feel at home in their bodies - especially during the tender, transformative season of early motherhood. With over 15 years of experience in biomechanics, movement, and mind-body healing, Gabs brings a grounded, trauma-informed presence to every class. Her work is science-backed, heart-led, and always meets you exactly where you are.

Robin Dini
Childbirth Educator
Robin (she/her) is a mother of three and a dedicated doula, passionate about supporting clients through pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum. She specializes in prenatal support and birth photography, capturing the first moments of a child's life. Robin also offers overnight postpartum care, helping new parents adjust during those early days at home. Inspired by a lifelong desire to care for others, she founded Within Motherhood to support women on their journey into motherhood.

Kaitlyn Finkle
Mini Lunas Playgroup Teacher
Kaitlyn (she/her) is a former school counselor with 10 years of experience, passionate about creating warm, child-centered, and creative groups. Motherhood has been her greatest teacher, inspiring her to offer a supportive space for parents. She loves creating sensory activities, engaging in imaginative play, and reading with her daughter. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor's in Social Services and a Master's in School Counseling.

Valeska Gerson
Community Outreach Coordinator
Valeska Gerson (she/her) is a German art historian and curator. Mama to two daughters (and an opinionated longhaired dachshund), Valeska found friendship and community through Mother Luna when she moved from London to Madison with her husband in 2024. With a deep belief that all mothers deserve care and connection, Valeska is passionate about fostering social support as a cornerstone of maternal mental health. -

Dr. Janelle Kleiner
Pelvic Health Fitness Class Instructor
Dr. Janelle Kleiner, PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist and pelvic health specialist who founded Kinected Family Wellness, where she helps women and families recover from chronic pain, postpartum changes, and pelvic floor dysfunction using a root-cause, whole-body approach. Before opening her own practice, she spent years treating both pediatric and adult patients in a pelvic floor clinic. As a mom of four, she's lived the postpartum recovery process herself, and she brings that personal understanding — along with her clinical training — into every class she leads.

Lindsay Leighton-Smith
Lactation Consultant, Prenatal Workshop Facilitator
With more than 20 years of experience caring for newborns and their families, Lindsay is a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. As the founder of Shoreline Lactation & Beyond, she provides compassionate, evidence-based support for breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, combination feeding, and more.
Lindsay brings her extensive neonatal expertise and family-centered approach to Mother Luna through private lactation consultations and prenatal newborn education. She is passionate about helping parents feel informed, supported, and confident as they prepare for and navigate the early days with their baby.

Gabriele Ortiz
Front Desk and Program Assistant
Gabriele (she/her) is the mom of two young boys and was born and raised in Branford, CT. For the past five years, she’s been a stay-at-home mom, during which time she’s developed a deep love for early childhood development and creating meaningful parenthood connections.She finds joy in connecting with her community and the natural world—whether hiking, gardening, or simply exploring the outdoors. Her love for both people and nature inspires her to help children grow with curiosity, confidence, and care.

Erin Schuster
Yoga Instructor
Erin Schuster (she/her) has been leading classes, workshops, and retreats since 2012, and has also assisted with Kripalu Teacher Trainings. A mother of two boys, Leo and Jack, Erin is dedicated to creating transformative experiences for all levels in a supportive environment that fosters connection, compassion, and joy.

Kailyn Toussaint
Music Circle Teacher
Kailyn is a professional vocalist, voice teacher, writer, and Mama. Originally from Phoenix, AZ, she moved to New York City in 2018 to pursue a career in musical theater. Kailyn spent five years traveling the world performing on cruise ships before continuing her career as both a solo artist and a member of the popular disco tribute group, The Chiclettes, and the international pinup darlings The Satin Dollz. Kailyn holds a BFA in Musical Theater Performance from the University of Arizona and has been running a private voice studio since 2020. She recently started teaching music lessons at Crescendo Music Loft in Madison and is excited to continue to share her love of music with the little ones at Mother Luna. She lives in North Branford with her fiance, Shaun and their daughter, Leya.
