Join us for a special
Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day Class
Wednesday, October 15th
6:30–8:00pm
Join us for a special, heart-centered yoga class in remembrance of Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day. A time to honor the lives that were brief yet deeply meaningful, and to support those whose hearts carry the weight of loss.
This gentle yoga practice is open to anyone who has experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, or the loss of a hoped-for pregnancy — as well as those who wish to hold space for others. Through breathwork, mindful movement, and sharing, we will create space for grief, love, remembrance, and healing.
This is a donation-based class. All donations will go to Hope After Loss. Please bring a cash or check donation to attend.
The class will include:
Gentle, accessible yoga suitable for all bodies
Mindful reflection and candle lighting
Optional share circle guided by a trained facilitator
A supportive and compassionate environment
Whether you come to move, to grieve, to remember, or simply to be — you are welcome here. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
