Postpartum Circle
The early months of parenthood can be beautiful, overwhelming, and everything in between. Postpartum Circle is a welcoming gathering for parents and babies to slow down, connect with other families, and feel supported during this season of life. Led by Lauren Dailey, each session includes guided meditation, facilitated discussion, and nervous system regulation practices in a warm, baby-friendly environment where you and your baby are welcome exactly as you are.

Infant Massage
Give yourself and your baby a peaceful, nurturing pause. This gentle monthly class combines infant massage instruction with simple breathwork and mindful movement for moms. Learn soothing massage techniques to use at home while creating space to slow down, connect with your baby, and support both of your well-being.

Pregnancy is a time of change, anticipation, and new beginnings. Prenatal Circle is a welcoming gathering for expecting parents to build community, connect with others on a similar journey, and prepare for birth and early parenthood together. Led by Robin Dini, each session features meaningful discussion, evidence-based education, and practical guidance in a warm, supportive environment.

Embodied Mother
Reconnect with yourself in the midst of motherhood. This gentle monthly workshop blends myofascial release, breathwork, meditation, and guided reflection to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and feel more at home in your body. Led by Gabs DeLorenze, you'll leave feeling grounded, restored, and supported alongside other moms.
