Postpartum Circle

A supportive gathering for parents & babies in the early months.

Mondays | 9:30-10:30AM

The early months of parenthood can be beautiful, overwhelming, joyful, and exhausting - sometimes all in the same day. While so much attention is placed on caring for your baby, parents need care too.

Postpartum Circle is a welcoming space where you can slow down, connect with other parents, and feel supported as you navigate this season of life. Whether you're welcoming your first baby or growing your family, you'll be met exactly where you are.

Led by Lauren Dailey, each gathering blends guided meditation, facilitated discussion, and nervous system regulation practices to help you care for yourself while caring for your baby.

Each Gathering Includes:

  • Guided meditation to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself

  • Facilitated discussion centered around weekly postpartum topics

  • Nervous system regulation practices to support resilience and emotional well-being

  • Connection with other parents in a welcoming, judgment-free space

  • Complimentary tea and coffee

A Space Designed for You & Your Baby

Babies are welcome just as they are.

Feed them. Rock them. Change diapers. Let them nap. Let them fuss.

Our studio is thoughtfully designed to support both parents and babies, with:

  • Comfortable spaces for nursing and bottle feeding

  • Boppy pillows available for feeding and support

  • A diaper changing area

  • A baby-friendly environment where all the realities of early parenthood are welcomed

There is no expectation that your baby will be quiet—or that you'll have it all together.
