    Newborn Feeding 101: What Every Parent Should Know Before Baby Arrives

    Prepare for your baby’s feeding journey with confidence! This 2-hour prenatal class covers breastfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, formula, and combination feeding. Learn newborn hunger cues, latch basics, milk supply, common challenges, and how partners can help. Led by IBCLC Michelle Chirby in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Includes practical tips, take-home guide, and $10 off your first postpartum lactation visit. Partners encouraged!

    Prepare your body and baby for birth with this hands-on workshop led by Dr. Victoria Chamberlin, D.C. Learn practical, evidence-based techniques to support comfort during pregnancy and encourage optimal fetal positioning for labor and birth. We’ll explore pelvic balancing, maternal positioning, partner-supported movements, and labor prep inspired by Spinning Babies®, Webster Technique, and Body Ready Method®.

    Prenatal Circle

    A cozy, come-as-you-are gathering for expecting parents to find connection, community, and honest conversation about the path to parenthood. Led by birth and postpartum doula Robin Dini, the Prenatal Circle meets twice a month to explore pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum, offering space to slow down, tune in, and feel supported.
