Prenatal Circle
A cozy, come-as-you-are gathering for expecting parents to find connection, community, and honest conversation about the path to parenthood. Led by birth and postpartum doula Robin Dini, the Prenatal Circle meets twice a month to explore pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum, offering space to slow down, tune in, and feel supported.

Prenatal Movement
Join movement instructor Michelle Chirby for a 60-minute monthly class designed for all stages of pregnancy. Blending flowing, full-body movements with gentle strength, stretching, and mindful techniques, it helps ease discomfort, prepare for labor, and support postpartum recovery—offering a safe, uplifting space to move with confidence and joy.

Join Lauren Dailey for a rejuvenating Prenatal Yoga series. Thriving After Birth: A One-Day Retreat for Expecting Mothers
Prepare for the fourth trimester with expert-led sessions on postpartum healing, feeding, emotional wellness, and community support. Includes nourishing food, take-home resources, and moments of calm reflection. Give your postpartum journey the same care you give your birth plan.
