  • This retreat is designed for expecting mothers in their second or third trimester who want to feel more prepared—physically, emotionally, and practically—for the postpartum period. No prior experience with yoga or birth classes is required!

  • Just bring yourself and anything that helps you feel comfortable—like a cozy sweater and water bottle. We’ll provide yoga mats, lunch, and all materials, including your Postpartum workbook and a curated gift bag.

  • Yes! We’ve included gentle movement to support your body and give you a break from sitting. No special fitness level is required—everything is pregnancy-safe and optional.

  • Absolutely. This retreat is especially supportive for first-time moms who want to better understand what to expect postpartum and build a personalized care plan.

  • Definitely. Many second- or third-time moms join us to prepare in a more intentional way, reflect on past postpartum experiences, and line up better support.

  • We understand life happens. If you need to cancel, we offer a full refund up to 2 weeks before the retreat. After that, your spot is non-refundable but may be transferred to another pregnant mama.

  • Most prenatal classes focus on birth. This retreat centers YOU—the birthing person—and helps you prepare for healing, feeding, emotions, and building your support team after baby arrives.
