  • Stroller Fit

    Stroller Fit is a 45-minute outdoor workout designed for postpartum bodies. Led by pelvic health physical therapist Dr. Janelle Kleiner, this baby-friendly class combines strength, cardio, and functional movement to help you safely rebuild strength while connecting with other local parents. Bring your stroller, your baby, and enjoy moving together outdoors.

    Yoga Classes & Events with Erin Schuster

    Join Erin Schuster for nurturing and accessible yoga classes designed for all levels, including beginners and caretakers. Throughout the year, Erin offers a variety of thoughtfully curated sessions, such as Gentle Yoga with Weights, Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing, Full Moon Yoga, and Vision Board Yoga. Each class provides a supportive space for movement, relaxation, and self-care. Come as you are and reconnect with your body and breath.

Designed to support expectant mothers, these classes focus on gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques to nurture both body and mind. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy, this series provides a peaceful environment to connect with your baby, prepare for childbirth, and meet other expectant mamas.
