Rebuild strength, boost confidence, and bond with your baby in this gentle, postpartum-friendly workout. Designed for moms 8 weeks postpartum and beyond, this 45-minute class blends functional movement and postpartum-safe exercises in a warm, supportive space. Led by Michelle Chirby.

Mama Yoga: An Evening Pop-up Class
No matter where you are on your journey as mama, come and join us for a gentle and open level yoga class. Mama yoga, led by Lauren Dailey, involves deep stretches, conscious relaxation, self-connection, empowerment, and community. As mama we know when we take care of ourselves, we create more space to care for others. We hope you come and join us for this well deserved time of self-care.

Join Erin Schuster for nurturing and accessible yoga classes designed for all levels, including beginners and caretakers. Stroller Fit
Stroller Fit is the perfect way to move your body, get outside, and connect with other parents—without needing childcare. This 60-minute outdoor class combines aerobic movement and strength training, designed specifically for postpartum bodies. Whether you're easing back into fitness or ready to break a sweat, this class meets you where you're at. Bring your stroller, your baby, and a positive attitude for a fun, baby-friendly workout that boosts your mood and energy while connecting with the local parent community. Led by Michelle Chirby.

Family Yoga Pop-up
Join us for a fun and engaging Family Yoga class tailored for parents and children ages 4-12!
