Gentle, strengthening classes created with moms in mind. Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or further along in your motherhood journey, our fitness offerings help you rebuild strength, restore energy, and move with confidence in a supportive environment.

  • Gather & Go Walking Group

    With so much on our plates, it’s easy to forget how good it feels to simply step outside, move our bodies, and connect with others. Gather & Go is Mother Luna’s FREE monthly mama walk—a chance to start each new month with fresh air, gentle movement, and community.

    We meet at Hammonasset Beach State Park and walk 2–3 miles along a smooth, stroller-friendly path right by the water. Babies, strollers, and bumps are all welcome—and coffee’s on us!

  • Mom Strong: A Full Body Fitness Class

    Reclaim your strength, boost your energy, and move confidently in Mom Strong—an indoor, full-body fitness class designed just for moms. Led by certified postpartum movement specialist Michelle Chirby, this 45-minute class combines functional strength training, barre-inspired exercises, and light cardio to help you tone muscles, improve endurance, and support your postpartum body.

  • Back to You: Postpartum Strength Workshop

    A 75-minute workshop with Dr. Kathy Papayani-Szabo, DPT, designed for moms cleared for exercise who are experiencing back or shoulder discomfort. Learn gentle, effective movements to support your core and spine, and leave with a simple 3-day exercise plan to continue at home.

  • Baby and me me dance class, Guilford, CT

    Baby-wearing Dance Class

    Join us for a special 60-minute Baby-wearing Dance class designed to support your postpartum body while bonding with your baby (8 weeks and beyond). This class blends gentle movement, strength, and connection, offering a fun and supportive space for both you and your baby. Led by Michelle Chirby, you'll experience dance-based movement and strengthening exercises, all while wearing or carrying your little one in a safe and welcoming environment.

  • Stroller Fit

    Stroller Fit is the perfect way to move your body, get outside, and connect with other parents—without needing childcare. This 60-minute outdoor class combines aerobic movement and strength training, designed specifically for postpartum bodies. Whether you're easing back into fitness or ready to break a sweat, this class meets you where you're at. Bring your stroller, your baby, and a positive attitude for a fun, baby-friendly workout that boosts your mood and energy while connecting with the local parent community. Led by Michelle Chirby.

  • Mama Yoga: An Evening Pop-up Class

    No matter where you are on your journey as mama, come and join us for a gentle and open level yoga class. Mama yoga, led by Lauren Dailey, involves deep stretches, conscious relaxation, self-connection, empowerment, and community. As mama we know when we take care of ourselves, we create more space to care for others. We hope you come and join us for this well deserved time of self-care.
