Looking for a way to move your body, get outside, and connect with other parents—without needing a babysitter? Stroller Fit is for you.

Led by pelvic health physical therapist Dr. Janelle Kleiner, this 45-minute outdoor class combines strength training, cardio, and functional movement—all while your little one enjoys the ride in the stroller. Designed specifically for postpartum bodies, you'll build strength, improve endurance, and move with confidence while learning how to support your core and pelvic floor throughout exercise.

Whether you're newly postpartum or further along in your motherhood journey, this class meets you where you're at and offers safe, effective movement guided by a pelvic health expert.

Meet Janelle

Dr. Janelle Kleiner, PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist and pelvic health specialist who founded Kinected Family Wellness, where she helps women and families recover from chronic pain, postpartum changes, and pelvic floor dysfunction using a root-cause, whole-body approach. Before opening her own practice, she spent years treating both pediatric and adult patients in a pelvic floor clinic. As a mom of four, she's lived the postpartum recovery process herself, and she brings that personal understanding — along with her clinical training — into every class she leads.
