This 60-minute outdoor class combines aerobic movement and strength training, all while your baby rides along in the stroller. Designed specifically for postpartum bodies, this class meets you where you’re at—whether you’re easing back into fitness or ready to break a sweat.

Meet Michelle

Michelle Chirby (she/her) is a mother of two, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), professional nutritionist, certified birth worker and movement instructor. She has over a decade of experience leading group movement classes and working on perinatal and child nutrition programs. Through personalized prenatal, labor, birth and postpartum support, she assists families in the perinatal period to experience a holistic, healthy start.
