Join movement instructor Michelle Chirby for a 60-minute class designed to support your body through every stage of pregnancy. This monthly evening session blends gentle strength-building, stretching, and mindful movement to ease common pregnancy discomforts, prepare for labor, and promote postpartum recovery.

Whether you’re looking to stay active, relieve tension, or simply enjoy an hour focused on you, this class offers a safe, encouraging space to move with confidence.

Led by Michelle Chirby

Michelle Chirby (she/her) is a mother of two, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), professional nutritionist, certified birth worker and movement instructor. She has over a decade of experience leading group movement classes and working on perinatal and child nutrition programs. Through personalized prenatal, labor, birth and postpartum support, she assists families in the perinatal period to experience a holistic, healthy start.
