Prenatal Yoga

Gentle movement, meaningful connection, and space to prepare for birth.

Tuesdays | 6:45-7:45PM

Join Lauren Dailey for a welcoming prenatal yoga class designed to help you move with confidence, ease common pregnancy discomforts, and connect with other expecting parents in a supportive community. Whether this is your first pregnancy or you're growing your family, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are.

Why Prenatal Yoga?

Pregnancy asks a lot of your body - and your mind. Prenatal Yoga offers a dedicated hour each week to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and prepare for birth with greater confidence.

Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and relaxation, you'll build strength, improve flexibility, and create space to care for yourself during this incredible season of life. Along the way, you'll meet other expecting parents who understand the journey you're on, creating friendships and community that often continue long after babies arrive.
