Join Lauren Dailey for a rejuvenating Prenatal Yoga series. Designed to support expectant mothers, these classes focus on gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques to nurture both body and mind.
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy, this series provides a peaceful environment to connect with your baby, prepare for childbirth, and meet other expectant mamas.

Meet Lauren Dailey
Yoga Instructor, Ayurvedic Educator, Herbalist, Childbirth Educator/Coach
Lauren (she/her) has trained and taught in New York City, India, Hawaii, and across New England, and previously served on staff at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, one of the largest nonprofits for yoga and holistic health in the country. After welcoming her first daughter through home birth in 2022, Lauren felt deeply affirmed in the power of embodied preparation and informed choice. She is passionate about helping women approach birth with confidence, knowledge, and trust in their bodies through classes, workshops, and private coaching. Lauren’s website is Fillupyourcup.org
