This special 45-minute class blends gentle movement, strength, and connection—offering a chance to move with your baby (8 weeks and beyond) while supporting your postpartum body.

We’ll move through a series of safe, babywearing-friendly exercises to help you rebuild strength, improve posture, and boost confidence—all while bonding with your baby in a warm, supportive space.

Led by Michelle Chirby
Michelle Chirby (she/her) is a mother of two, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), professional nutritionist, certified birth worker and movement instructor. She has over a decade of experience leading group movement classes and working on perinatal and child nutrition programs. Through personalized prenatal, labor, birth and postpartum support, she assists families in the perinatal period to experience a holistic, healthy start.
We now offer a Mama & Baby 4-Class Package, valid for 6 months and usable for any Friday Mama & Baby class (Mama & Baby Workout, Mama & Baby Centering Circle, or a mix of both).
