    Gentle Yoga with Weights

    Take care of both your body and mind in this slow paced series to help you develop strength in all major muscle groups, while reducing stress and relaxing the nervous system. In this 3 week series, you will:

    - Strengthen the body through bands and weights (please bring your own weights)

    - Increase balance and flexibility through gentle yoga

    - Relax the mind through breathwork and meditation

    No yoga experience is required, beginners and all caretakers are welcome. Please bring your own weights, between 2 to 4 pounds are recommended, all other props will be provided.

    This 50‑minute class invites you to slow down, connect with your breath, and move mindfully in a nurturing, mom‑focused community. Erin’s classes are beginner‑friendly and supportive, offering gentle stretches and mindful movement that honor the journey of motherhood.

    Relax in a calming combination of gentle and restorative yoga, meditation, breath work, and sound healing. This workshop is focused on releasing deep layers of tension stored in the physical and energetic body. Lightly layered sound healing throughout the practice will help you clear energetic blockages and facilitate healing on a physical and mental level. In this event you will experience:

Yoga for a Cause: Benefiting Guilford Center for Children

Join Erin Schuster in a gentle yoga class that fully supports the local Guilford Center for Children. This school is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for young children.

Preregistration is required, and all donations are given to the school's staff upon arrival. Suggested donation is $20+ per person. All props are provided, beginners are welcome.

Erin Schuster has been leading classes, workshops, and retreats since 2012 while also assisting the Kripalu Teacher Trainings. Erin is a mother to two boys Leo and Jack, it is her mission to offer transformative experiences to all levels in a supportive environment that inspires connection, compassion, and joy.
