Gentle Yoga with Weights
Take care of both your body and mind in this slow paced series to help you develop strength in all major muscle groups, while reducing stress and relaxing the nervous system. In this 3 week series, you will:
- Strengthen the body through bands and weights (please bring your own weights)
- Increase balance and flexibility through gentle yoga
- Relax the mind through breathwork and meditation
No yoga experience is required, beginners and all caretakers are welcome. Please bring your own weights, between 2 to 4 pounds are recommended, all other props will be provided.

Yoga for a Cause: Benefiting Guilford Center for Children

Join Erin Schuster in a gentle yoga class that fully supports the local Guilford Center for Children. This school is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for young children.
Preregistration is required, and all donations are given to the school's staff upon arrival. Suggested donation is $20+ per person. All props are provided, beginners are welcome.
