Each 45-minute session, led by perinatal movement specialist Michelle Chirby, provides personalized exercises to address your body, goals, and stage of motherhood.
From pregnancy to postpartum recovery and everyday active motherhood, you’ll learn safe and effective movements that strengthen and celebrate your changing body.
Little Ones Are Welcome!
You are welcome to bring your baby or little one if needed. Mother Luna is designed with mothers in mind, and we understand that childcare isn’t always simple. Your session will meet you in real life.
Michelle Chirby (she/her) is a mother of two, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), professional nutritionist, certified birth worker and movement instructor. She has over a decade of experience leading group movement classes and working on perinatal and child nutrition programs. Through personalized prenatal, labor, birth and postpartum support, she assists families in the perinatal period to experience a holistic, healthy start.

Yes! You are welcome to bring your baby or child if needed. Mother Luna is designed with mothers in mind, and we understand childcare isn’t always simple. You can feed, soothe, or pause as needed - your session meets you where you are.

Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely and supportive footwear if needed. Bring water, and feel free to bring your baby carrier or stroller if you plan to have your little one with you.

Absolutely! We offer single sessions or a 3-session package. Packages provide flexibility to schedule sessions weekly or at a rhythm that works best for you, while also saving slightly per session.

Yes, Michelle specializes in perinatal and postpartum movement. Before beginning, you should have approval from your OB/GYN to ensure it is safe for your specific recovery. Once cleared, Michelle will tailor exercises that are gentle, safe, and supportive of your postpartum journey.
