With more than 20 years of experience caring for newborns and their families, Lindsay Leighton-Smith is a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant dedicated to helping families feel confident in their feeding journey.
As the founder of Shoreline Lactation & Beyond, Lindsay provides evidence-based support for breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, combination feeding, and more. She works with families of healthy newborns, premature infants, NICU graduates, and medically complex babies, creating realistic, individualized care plans that meet each family where they are.
Lindsay's compassionate, family-centered approach combines advanced neonatal expertise with practical feeding support. When appropriate, she collaborates with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless, coordinated care.

Perfect for your first visit. This comprehensive consultation includes a detailed maternal and infant history, feeding assessment, observation of a feeding, weighted feed (when appropriate), infant oral assessment, pumping and bottle-feeding evaluation as needed, and a personalized care plan. You'll leave with individualized guidance and practical next steps tailored to your family's feeding goals.

Follow-Up Support Session
60 Minutes • $185
Designed for families who have already completed an Initial Lactation Visit. This session provides continued support as your feeding journey evolves, with time to reassess progress, address new concerns, adjust your feeding plan, and answer questions. Ideal for ongoing breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, milk supply, return-to-work planning, or weaning support.
