Evidence-Based Approaches

This workshop brings together three trusted, evidence-based approaches to help you prepare your body for birth and support your baby's optimal positioning.

  • Webster Technique

A pregnancy-focused chiropractic approach that supports pelvic balance and alignment to reduce tension and create space for baby to settle into an optimal position.

  • Spinning Babies®

A physiological approach using balance, gravity, and movement to release tension and encourage baby to rotate and descend into an optimal position for labor.

  • Body Ready Method®

A research-based system that combines biomechanics, functional strength, and pelvic floor training to build mobility, space, and effective birth positions.
