Embodied Mother
A restorative workshop for the mom who needs a moment to come back to herself
Motherhood asks so much of your body. You carry, lift, feed, soothe, rush, and keep going - often without stopping to notice how much tension you are holding.
Embodied Mother is 75 minutes just for you.
Join Gabs DeLorenze for a small, supportive gathering created for moms who are ready to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and feel a little more like themselves again.
Over tea and in good company, you’ll explore what it means to live in your body rather than simply push through everything it carries.
No previous experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
What to Expect:
Each workshop includes:
A simple, practical introduction to embodiment and the nervous system
Guided myofascial release practices to help ease physical tension
Gentle breathwork and meditation
Time for reflection, sharing, and questions in a supportive group
Tea and connection with other mothers
A squishy myofascial release ball to take home so you can continue the practices between workshops
You’ll leave feeling more grounded and equipped with approachable practices you can return to at home - even when you only have a few minutes.
This Workshop Is for You If…
You’ve been running on empty.
You spend most of your day taking care of everyone else.
You feel like you’re constantly living in your head or moving on autopilot.
You’re craving rest, connection, and something that offers real, practical relief.
You don’t need to arrive calm, flexible, or well-rested. You just need to arrive.
