Our Early Motherhood Circle, led by Michelle Chirby, is designed to support both first-time and seasoned moms navigating the rollercoaster of early motherhood. Whether you’re dealing with sleepless nights, wondering when you last showered, or just craving some grown-up conversation, this group is here for you.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Real talk about the emotional highs and lows of being a new mom—whether it's your first or second time around

  • Guidance on feeding, nutrition, movement, and postpartum well-being.

  • A supportive space where meltdowns (yours or your baby's) are totally welcome

  • A chance to build your mom tribe with others who get it

  • And of course, coffee—because moms deserve better than lukewarm leftovers

Michelle Chirby (she/her) is a mother of two, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), professional nutritionist, certified birth worker and movement instructor. She has over a decade of experience leading group movement classes and working on perinatal and child nutrition programs. Through personalized prenatal, labor, birth and postpartum support, she assists families in the perinatal period to experience a holistic, healthy start.ealthy start.
