Led by certified movement specialist Michelle Chirby, this class combines functional strength training, barre-inspired exercises, and light cardio to help you tone muscles, improve endurance, and feel your best.

This class focuses on you and your fitness goals in a supportive, judgment-free environment. While the class is parent-centered, babies and toddlers are welcome if needed.

Michelle Chirby (she/her) is a mother of two, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), professional nutritionist, certified birth worker and movement instructor. She has over a decade of experience leading group movement classes and working on perinatal and child nutrition programs. Through personalized prenatal, labor, birth and postpartum support, she assists families in the perinatal period to experience a holistic, healthy start.
