Postpartum Planning

Addressing Your Emotional + Physical Wellness

Motherhood is a beautiful, life-changing journey—but it doesn’t need to be overwhelming. Our 2-class Postpartum Planning Workshop is designed to help expecting moms like you embrace the transition with confidence, ease, and a supportive community.

This isn’t your typical childbirth or baby care class. Instead, we focus on you—your body, mind, and overall well-being, both during and after pregnancy. Whether you’re preparing for your first baby or adding to your growing family, this workshop gives you the tools to feel strong, supported, and prepared for life after birth.

Led by an expert team that includes pelvic health specialist Dr. Courtney Edgecomb, Ayurvedic educator Lauren Dailey, and Liz Kelly, founder of Mother Luna and motherhood coach, this 2-class workshop gives you the expert guidance you deserve for a smoother postpartum experience.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Matrescence & the Sacred Window: Understand how motherhood changes you—physically, emotionally, and mentally—and learn why the first 42 days after birth are so important.

  • Nourishment for New Moms: Dive into easy-to-follow self-care practices, grounding rituals, and delicious, nourishing meals to fuel your postpartum recovery.

  • Body Confidence & Recovery: Learn exercises and tips to prepare your body for early postpartum recovery and to help you feel strong, confident, and ready to return to exercise at your own pace.

  • Develop Your Postpartum Plan: With guidance from your instructors, explore thoughtful postpartum care prompts and checklists to help you prepare both yourself and your home for your new baby.

  • Build Your Village: Connect with other local moms and start creating your tribe—a support system to carry you through the ups and downs of motherhood.

Extra Perks:

  • Access to a private group chat with your fellow workshop moms—share tips, ask questions, and support each other on the parenting journey.

  • Recommendations for trusted local professionals, like lactation consultants, therapists, and more.

  • Light refreshments to enjoy as you soak in the experience!

  • “I really enjoyed this class! It was great to meet a few other expectant moms, learn about their plans and birth preferences, and hear from a mom/doula's perspective on all things birth and postpartum. It was very easy to feel comfortable with the group we had and share concerns, questions, etc., regarding the birthing process. The information provided and sample worksheets really helped me better understand what to expect, what things are important to prioritize, and how to really advocate for myself and my wishes as my baby arrives. I feel much more confident in my birth plan and preparations for the "4th trimester," and hope to be back for some baby sensory time in the near future!”
