  • Postpartum prep class for expecting parents

    Postpartum Planning: A 2-Part Series

    Embrace the profound journey of motherhood, characterized by both physical and mental transformations. Join a supportive community of women embarking on this new phase and discover ways to nurture yourself from pregnancy through the postpartum period.

    We highly recommend taking this course during pregnancy to best prepare for the journey ahead.

  • Baby & Caregiver Yoga

    Open to all parents and caregivers with little ones from 6 weeks up to pre-crawlers.

    Make intentional time during your week for you and baby. In this class we will connect with our bodies and rebuild strength. We will soothe our busy minds with deep breathing and relaxation. All while tending to the needs of our babies and involving them in light stretches and infant massage. Meet other caregivers in the community and leave feeling grounded and connected. Led by Lauren Dailey.
